Although the quality of the product was overall good, I wanted to get an exchange because of a certain difference in colour from what was expected. I also do understand that exchanges and returns can be a hassle for the seller too, but a customer appreciates the ease of transactions. To charge the customer especially in case of an exchange doesn’t exactly seem like a very good policy and may even discourage them from buying from you again. I like the Shalvi products but I may not be sure about buying again because of the return and exchange policies being rather too rigid.
I hope the feedback will be taken in a constructive spirit because that is how it is intended.
